SANTA ROSA LIKELY TO APPROVE DISTRICT ONE MEDICAL EXAMINERS FACILITY PLAN

Plans for the new District One Medical Examiner's Office should advance this week with approval from the Santa Rosa County Commissioners. Last week, Escambia County leaders signed off on the interlocal agreement. The two counties, along with Okaloosa and Walton, will split the cost of construction for the $18 million dollar facility. It will be located in Santa Rosa County on Commerce Road near Avalon Blvd.
