REVISED OFFER COMES IN FOR OLF8 PROPERTY

One of the key players in the negotiations over the OLF8 property in Beulah is submitting a revised offer. That's from Beulah Town Center LLC, and it's for $25 million for 290 acres. The offer includes a $250,000 deposit to be paid as soon as the county agrees to the site plan and puts zoning in place. Beaulah Town Center says its plans remain in line with the DPZ master plan for mixed-use residential and commercial retail with no single-family homes. District 1 Commissioner Jeff Bergosh says the new offer, as well as the previous offer by Pensacola businessmen Cliff Mowe and Ryan Chavers will be discussed during next Monday's commission meeting. Bergosh adds there is potentially a third interested party that will be visiting Pensacola next week.
