Retired Navy Capt. Gilbert Clark Jr. named new CEO of Pensacola Interstate Fair

The Pensacola Interstate Fair has appointed retired Navy Captain Gilbert Clark Jr. as its new Chief Executive Officer, according to a news release from the organization.
