Recent Home Sale in Walton County May Set NW Florida Record

(Santa Rosa Beach, FL) -- A recent home sale in Walton County could set a new record for the Panhandle. Engel and Volkers says it has sold a home in Walton County for more than 10 million dollars. The home includes 600 square feet of living space, three floors, and 180-degree views of the Gulf. The realtor says it's the highest sales price and the highest per-square-foot price in Northwest Florida's history. There's no word on who bought the property.
