Rapper Shot In Broward County

(Hollywood, FL) -- A rapper is hurt after a shooting in Broward County. It happened last night in Hollywood at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The victim has been identified as Kiari Cephus, who performs under the name Offset. His rep tells TMZ.com Offset is in stable condition and is being closely monitored. The Seminole Police Department confirmed there was a shooting but did not ID the victim. The SPD says the victim is expected to survive, and two people were detained.
