PRELIMINARY BLUE ANGELS ATTENDENCE 250,000

The Pensacola Beach Air Show is always the biggest event of the year-- and the preliminary numbers show it. It's estimated that 250,000 people attended from Thursday to Saturday. Based on past shows, 45% of the people who come to the air show are residents. Darien Schaefer with Visit Pensacola says that number alone creates a $2.5 million economic impact. Fifty five per cent came from outside of the County.
