"We're glad that nobody was hurt." PPD Spokesman Mike Wood says officers found the gun in her freezer.
During questioning he said the woman had some unusual requests.
"She asked them if she could finish her beer... then she asked if she could smoke a marijuana cigarette that was within arm's reach," Wood says both requests were denied by officers. "I think her decision making was poor that day... she was probably on one or more substances when it happened."
