Pensacola police say charges will not be filed against the driver involved in the fatal accident that killed a young girl yesterday. PPD's Mike Wood says the crash was determined to be accidental. It happened yesterday in the parking lot at Hitzman Park on Langley Avenue, the 6-year-old victim was taken to Ascension Sacred Heart where she was pronounced dead. Escambia County Public Schools told Channel 3 the girl was a student at Scenic Heights Elementary School, they issued a statement extending their sympathy to the girl's family. They said mental health services and counselors would be on hand at the school for students and staff today.
