The Pensacola Police Department says they've made an arrest in a fatal shooting that occurred early last month. 20-year-old Jacobi Malik Smith is charged with homicide in the death of Leron Wesley. Smith allegedly shot and killed Wesley on October 1st at the Pensacola Village Apartments. He was arrested by members of the PPD SWAT team at around 3:00 pm yesterday on 7th Avenue.
