Pensacola FL (NewsRadio 92-3) A 42-year-old Pensacola woman is being held in jail without bond after being stopped with a trafficking amount of fentanyl. Jessica Ann Haley was arrested last Friday. According to the arrest report, a deputy observed Haley walking "on the wrong side of the road in front of 230 Edison Drive while carrying a black backpack. The deputy activated emergency lights to stop and detain her. While speaking with her, Haley mentioned she may have "dope" in the bag, which she added she was carrying for a friend. The report states deputies searched the bag and found purple powdery substance that tested positive for 12 grams of fentanyl, along with other drugs. According to the report, Haley was issued no bond because the "trafficking fentanyl" charge is a first-degree felony.
