Pensacola to hold honor procession for Detective Angela Nieto killed in motorcycle crash

Pensacola residents should prepare for traffic delays and a significant police presence as the Pensacola Police Department holds an honor procession for Detective Angela Nieto, who was killed in a motorcycle crash.

The procession will move Nieto's body from the medical examiner's office to a funeral home. The police department is remembering one of their own with the ceremony, which is expected to draw a large law enforcement presence to the area.

Drivers in Escambia County should anticipate delays during the procession and plan alternate routes if possible. The Pensacola Police Department has not yet released specific timing or route details for the honor procession.
