Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Pensacola State College President Dr. Ed Meadows is retiring at the end of the year after nearly 19 years leading the institution. Meadows made the announcement at Tuesday night's board of trustees meeting. He is the longest-serving president in PSC history and the longest-serving college president in the entire Florida college system. The board voted to rename the school's business building in his honor. Meadows says he plans to work as an education consultant after retirement and says his successor will need to hit the ground running.
