Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Pensacola State College has brought in a second law firm to help fight a federal lawsuit. The WSRE-TV Foundation sued the college after trustees voted to end the station's affiliation with PBS. The foundation says the college is trying to seize control of its donations and violate First Amendment rights. The college's legal response is due by the end of the month. WSRE has served the Gulf Coast region since 1967 and reaches more than one-point-five million viewers.
