Pensacola Airport Launches TSA PreCheck Gate Access Program

Pensacola International Airport is rolling out a new convenience today that lets TSA PreCheck members with valid memberships escort travelers to the gate or greet arriving passengers without needing a boarding pass.

The program, called Gateside by TSA PreCheck, is designed to give families and friends more time together at PNS. Eligible visitors can now pass through security checkpoints and access gate areas, making it easier to say goodbye to departing travelers or welcome people home.

According to the City of Pensacola, the move brings PNS in line with similar programs at other airports nationwide. Visitors will need an active TSA PreCheck membership to participate. The program is available starting today.
