Old Bagdad Highway closed in Santa Rosa County for FPL work

A portion of Old Bagdad Highway in Santa Rosa County is closed effective Saturday evening as Florida Power & Light conducts utility work in the area.

According to Santa Rosa County officials, the closure affects Old Bagdad Highway between Highway 90 and Parkmore Plaza Drive. The road has been closed since 5:20 p.m. Saturday, October 10.

County communications indicate the closure will remain in effect for an undetermined length of time while FPL completes its work. Motorists in the area should expect delays and consider alternate routes.
