Okaloosa Deputies Investigating Threat at Baker School-UPDATE

REPORTED SHOOTING THREAT AT BAKER SCHOOL -- David Wayne/Steve Taylor

Okaloosa County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) --Okaloosa County deputies are investigating what appears to be a swatting call in reference to a shooting threat at Baker School this morning. After clearing that threat, deputies went to Crestview High School for a "precautionary sweep." Crestview High was put on lockdown, along with nearby Davidson Middle School. Deputies started their day at Baker School at about 9 AM. That school has reportedly been searched multiple times but nothing was found. As of now, it's believed the threat may have been another case of SWATTING -- or a fake call made to solicit a response from police. The investigation is ongoing.
