The National Hurricane Center is tracking several trouble spots in the Atlantic. They include Tropical Storm Dexter, which is the fourth named storm of the season. It's currently located west-northwest of Bermuda and is not expected to impact Florida. The NHC says there's another tropical wave coming off the coast of Africa that may develop but will stay out in the middle of Atlantic. A third system over the Gulf Stream may bring rain to Florida later this week.
