A "for sale" sign still stands on the site, which was previously intended for a high-end RV park but faced community opposition. Listed for $23.5 million in 2024, the property features 1,800 feet of Santa Rosa Sound frontage and is zoned for high-density residential and commercial development. Ferrara has owned the land since 1997 and aims to shift plans following earlier setbacks.
