Myers, Bare Square Off in District 2 City Council Race

Pensacola voters will choose between two familiar names in the District 2 City Council race on the Nov. 3 ballot. Incumbent Councilman Charles Bare is facing former Councilwoman Sherri Myers, who represented the district for 12 years before term limits ended her tenure. According to InWeekly, both candidates are making their pitches to voters ahead of Election Day. The race marks a rematch of sorts, with Myers seeking to return to the council seat she previously held.
