Molino Community Center, Library Close Next Week for Floor Restoration

The Molino Community Center and Molino Library will shut down for the next week while crews restore the building's original flooring. The work is expected to wrap up by Saturday, September 26, according to facility officials.

While the library itself will be inaccessible during the closure, patrons can still return books using the external book drop located outside the building. The community center's other services and programs will also be unavailable during this period.

Residents in north Escambia County who need library services during the closure can visit other branches in the county system, or wait until the restoration is complete and the Molino location reopens.
