Milton Police Arrest Suspect in Friday Shooting

Milton, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Police in Milton have arrested a suspect after a shooting at the Six Flags Shopping Center on Friday. The incident was reported around 8 pm on Friday night. Officers say when they arrived a victim was found, and a 9mm shell casing was recovered at the scene. The suspect was identified as 49-year-old Earl Davis -- who had reportedly left before police arrived but was later located at the Blackwater Inn. Police say Davis was detained without incident and a 9mm handgun was recovered. Davis is charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony and shooting into a dwelling or vehcile. He's being held on 25-thousand dollars bond.
