MAYOR REEVES ENCOURAGES PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW PALAFOX DESIGN

There's still time to make your voice heard regarding Pensacola's New Palafox project, which aims to completely redesign the iconic street. Mayor DC Reeves says there's no official date set for closing public comments, but it will likely close soon as they need to get the project out for design. The conceptual plans are online at thenewpalafox-dot-com. So far no plans are finalized, but the conceptual plans were created to promote walkability and outdoor dining. The city is partnering with FPL to make the improvements.
