One man is dead after a shooting at the Silver Lake Mobile Home Park in Escambia County last night. The shooting happened at around 9:30 p.m. at a residence inside the park. According to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, the man was shot and killed while attempting to enter the residence. Deputies are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No arrests have been made.
