Escambia County, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- Longtime Emerald Coast Utilities Authority board member Dale Perkins has died at sixty-four. Perkins served on the ECUA board for thirty-two years, first taking office in 1994, and had chosen not to seek reelection this year.
