The state attorney's office has handed down indictments to two men in two separate fatal shootings. According to Channel 3, 29-year-old Jerry Foster Jr and 41-year-old Jeremy McConnico have both been indicted for first-degree premeditated murder. Foster is accused of killing his cousin, 38-year-old Jarvis Johnson, back on September 9th on Emerald Avenue. Meanwhile, McConnico allegedly shot and killed Rodney Norris Jr. on March 23rd of last year at a home on Massachusetts Avenue. He was being held in Beaumont, Texas but was recently extradited back to Escambia County.
