One Energy Place Sits on 13 Acres of Waterfront Property in Downtown Pensacola

Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- One Energy Place, the two-hundred-fifty-thousand-square-foot office building overlooking Pensacola Bay, has officially sold under new local ownership. The building, constructed in nineteen eighty-six as Gulf Power's corporate headquarters, sits on more than thirteen acres of waterfront property downtown. It most recently served as F-P-L's Northwest Florida headquarters before hitting the market. The sale marks its shift from a single-tenant building to a multi-tenant Class A office space.
