122324 (PNJ) The full report was released this morning as a House Ethics Committee found "substantial evidence" former Rep. Matt Gaetz participated in "prostitution, statutory rape, illicit drug use and obstruction of Congress." Gaetz sought a restraining order in federal court early today to prevent the report's official release. According to media reports, the basis of Gaetz's claim is that he is now a private citizen and not subject to the decision of the Committee.
