FSU Football Player From Seminole County Sues Apartment Complexes After Shooting

(Orlando, FL) -- A Florida State University football player from Seminole County is suing the apartment complexes where his alleged shooters lived. Freshman linebacker Ethan Pritchard filed a lawsuit last month in Gadsden County against two apartment complexes. The 18-year-old was shot three months ago in Havana in what investigators believe was a case of mistaken identity. Four people are facing charges. In his lawsuit, Pritchard claims the complexes should have evicted the shooters for previous incidents.
