Free utility and disaster aid available Friday at Century Town Hall

The Community Action Program Committee will set up at Century Town Hall on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to help North Escambia residents struggling with bills and recovery costs.

Eligible applicants can get assistance paying electric, natural gas, and water bills, as well as reconnection fees. The program is also helping people secure temporary housing after recent storm damage.

No appointment is necessary. Residents should bring documentation of income and proof of residency, along with utility bills or other evidence of the expenses they need help covering.
