Flood Advisory issued for parts of Escambia County through early Sunday morning

The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a Flood Advisory for south central Escambia County, in effect from 1:58 a.m. until 5:00 a.m. CDT on Sunday, October 4th. The advisory warns of flooding caused by excessive rainfall in the area. Southeastern Baldwin County in southwestern Alabama is also under the same advisory. Residents in the affected areas should monitor conditions and avoid driving through flooded roadways.
