F-DOT Paints Over A Street BLM Mural

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The Black Lives Matter mural on A street in Pensacola is now gone. F-DOT crews painted over the mural this morning. It took around 30 minutes, and the road had been re-painted by 9:30 this morning. This comes after FDOT sent letters to Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and other cities about unauthorized colors on public roads. Pensacola decided to let FDOT handle the removal and pay the bill. There's no word on the cost for FDOT's crews to do the work.
