Escambia County offices close Monday for Labor Day

Most Escambia County government offices will shut down on Monday, Sept. 7, for the Labor Day holiday, according to WKRG News 5. Residents and businesses needing county services should plan accordingly, as the closures will affect numerous departments throughout the county. All closed offices are scheduled to reopen Tuesday, Sept. 8, resuming normal business hours. County officials encourage anyone with urgent matters to contact offices before the holiday weekend or wait until the following week to conduct business.
