Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Escambia County is set to vote on a $42.5 million offer from Tri-W Development to purchase the 540-acre OLF 8 site in Beulah. The deal includes a $100,000 deposit to start a six-month inspection period, during which Tri-W would conduct evaluations. If approved, closing could occur as soon as early 2026, with potential extensions. The agreement requires compliance with the OLF 8 Master Plan, and there may be a restrictive covenant to ensure future owners adhere to the development guidelines. The sale will be discussed Thursday at the Escambia Board of Commissioners meeting.
