COUNTY APPROVES LEASE FOR NEW PARK AT FORMER GOLF COURSE
Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- It's official -- the old International Paper golf course in Cantonment will become a county park. Escambia County commissioners approved the lease with International Paper at yesterday's meeting. The county plans to build a playground, picnic pavilion, walking track, and disc golf course. The lease will last five years and includes options for three-five year extensions.
