Escambia County leaders are telling a prospective buyer of the OLF8 property to revise their offer and come back. Last month, the county received a Letter of Intent from Beulah TownCenter LLC to purchase 375 acres of the property for 20 million dollars. District 1 Commissioner Jeff Bergosh says while the offer follows the spirit of the Master Plan, it falls short in other areas. Bergosh says that the county still intends to retain 250 acres of the property for job creation.
