ECUA Customer Service Closed Nov. 11 for Veterans Day

The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority will close its Customer Service Department on Wednesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day, the utility announced Thursday.

All other ECUA departments and offices will remain open during normal business hours. The closure will not affect residential or commercial sanitation collection schedules, which will continue on their regular routes.

Customers who need to reach ECUA during the closure can contact the utility on the following business day or through alternative service channels.
