ECSO, PPD Host Coffee With a Cop for Community Connections

The Escambia County Sheriff's Office and Pensacola Police Department are joining forces to host Coffee With a Cop, participating in the nationwide community engagement initiative, according to officials from both agencies.

The event provides an informal setting where residents can meet and chat with local law enforcement officers over coffee, building relationships beyond typical police interactions. Coffee With a Cop events have become a popular way for departments across the country to strengthen connections between officers and the communities they serve.

Both agencies are encouraging Pensacola-area residents to stop by and take part in the conversation. The informal format allows community members to ask questions, share concerns, and get to know the officers working in their neighborhoods.
