ECAT Returns to Normal Service Tuesday After Weekend Disruptions

Escambia County Area Transit will resume its regular bus schedule Tuesday, October 20, according to a service update from county officials. All routes will operate on normal timetables after what appears to have been a weather-related service disruption over the weekend.

However, riders should plan for possible delays. Debris scattered across several roads throughout the county may slow bus routes, and ECAT is asking the public to allow extra travel time when planning trips.
