Driver Cited After T-Bone Crash With Deputy in Byrneville

A 68-year-old driver was cited Monday morning after pulling from a stop sign directly into the path of an Escambia County Sheriff's Office deputy near Byrneville. The crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Raines Road and West Highway 4, according to reporting from North Escambia. Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded to the scene and cited the driver following their investigation of the collision.
