DeSantis Signs New Congressional Map That Could Flip Four Florida Seats to Republicans

Tallahassee, FL -- Governor DeSantis has signed a new congressional map into law that makes significant changes to 21 of Florida's 28 districts and could flip four seats from Democrats to Republicans. Democrats immediately filed suit in Leon County Circuit Court alleging the map violates Florida's Fair Districts constitutional amendment. Qualifying for U.S. House races begins June 8th leaving little time for courts to intervene.
