Santa Rosa County, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office is still searching for a suspect who vandalized Soundside High School last week, causing more than eleven-thousand dollars in damage. The August twenty-sixth vandalism, captured on the school's security cameras, damaged an exterior door and lock, brick fascia, and two trash cans, though nothing was taken. Superintendent Karen Barber says the district has confidence in the sheriff's ongoing investigation. Soundside, a two-hundred-fifty-thousand-square-foot facility, is the first new high school built in Santa Rosa County in thirty years and opened earlier this month.
