DEPUTIES SEARCH FOR BANK ROBBER

The Escambia County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed PNC Bank earlier today. Deputies with the Sherriff's office are currently searching for a White man who allegedly robbed the PNC Bank at Fairfield Drive and South Dakota Street. Escambia County Sherriff's Office spokesperson Morgan Lewis told channel three the man entered the bank, handed the teller a note and fled on foot carrying an undisclosed amount of money. The man appeared to be wearing a black wig and did not appear to be carrying a weapon. He was last seen running west on South Dakota Street.
