Dept of Agriculture Investigating Bobby Likis Auto Services

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- We're seeing reports that the state is investigating Bobby Likis Auto Service on Davis Highway. Investigators served a search warrant at the shop on Tuesday, turning away customers for several hours that afternoon. According to Channel 3, customers have reported unnecessary repairs and charges, as well as incomplete work. The Escambia Sheriff's Office has also confirmed a report of fraud made by a person familiar with 'inner workings' of the business. An investigation is ongoing -- the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is asking anyone with information relevant to the investigation to contact them.
