Cantonment Man Arrested After Domestic Disturbance, Foot Pursuit With Deputies

A 19-year-old Cantonment resident was taken into custody following a domestic disturbance that involved a knife and ended with a foot pursuit with Escambia County Sheriff's Office deputies.
Deangelo Jerrell Bolden was arrested and charged with felony battery by strangulation, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, grand theft, criminal mischief, and resisting an officer without violence. Details of the initial dispute and circumstances leading to the foot pursuit were not immediately disclosed.
The case remains under investigation by ECSO.
