BAPTIST MOVE CONCERNS SOME RESIDENTS

At the end of the month Baptist Hospital is moving into their new campus....but there are concerns from some who live near the current facility. They say they are worried about not being able to drive to the Brent Lane campus in time if they have a medical emergency. Baptist is planning to move into the new facility at the end of the month. As for the current campus, the city and Baptist are working together to make plans for demolition -- and Pensacola's Mayor has previously said he's hoping that affordable housing can be built on some of the land.
