Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Escambia County deputies say an argument inside a local cell phone store escalated into a knife attack on Thursday. It happened at a Metro PCS store on Chief's Way when two women and a juvenile had a disagreement -- a female employee attempted to intervene and was attacked by the juvenile. That's when deputies say 37-year-old Mary Frances Baldwin pulled a knife and cut the employee on the face. Baldwin faces aggravated battery charges and is being held without bond at the Escambia County jail. The juvenile also faces battery charges, but her identity was not released due to her age. The third woman involved was not a part of the assault and is not charged.
