ADDITIONAL HOTEL DEVELOPMENT COMING TO CMP

032125 Mayor Reeves said the city is close to reaching a deal for another hotel at Community Maritime Park. If the deal goes forward, the Valencia Hotel Group will build a new property on a waterfront lot close to the already approved Reverb Hard Rock Hotel. Reeves is asking the City Council to approve an eighth extension of a lease option to the Valencia Development Corporation next week and said they are close to reaching a deal on the full lease.
