Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz is set for a deposition early next month in connection to a civil lawsuit that involves allegations he had sex with a minor. According to ABC News, Gaetz was served a subpoena yesterday as part of a defamation and racketeering lawsuit that was brought by longtime friend and former Florida House member Chris Dorworth. The subpoena was issued by attorneys representing a woman, now in her 20's, who claims Gaetz had sex with her when she was 17. Last year, the Justice Department declined to bring charges against him, and he has repeatedly denied the allegations.
