96-Year-Old Dies in Traffic Accident

Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A 96-year-old man has died after a traffic accident on Highway 29. Officials say the crash happened about 8:15 this morning near the intersection with Hood Drive. FHP says the man was driving south when he made a left turn in front of a sedan driven by a 33-year-old Pensacola woman. He died at the hospital, the 33-year-old also suffered serious injuries in the crash.
