18 Shot During Large Party in Baldwin County Field

Baldwin County, AL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Eighteen people were shot over the weekend at a massive "May Day Party" at an open field in the Stockton area in Baldwin County. The party happened at a property on Upper Bryant's Landing Road. The sheriff's office says there were around 1-thousand people at the gathering. Witnesses say the event had been peaceful until an argument broke out, and at least one subject began shooting into the crowd. Deputies say there may have been multiple shooters. 18 people were shot in total, and 3 have died from their injuries. The Baldwin County Major Crimes Unit is investigating the incident.
